Ericka wrote: I started the Special K Challenge in January weighing 147lbs. I now weigh 126lbs, so far I have lost 21lbs in 14 weeks. I have also lost 7 inches from my waist. I love the Special K Fruit and Yogurt and my favorite snack bar is strawberry. I stopped drinking soda when I started my diet and I feel great. My weight goal is 120lbs, I have 6lbs to go!!! I am 5'0 tall. After I reach my weight goal, I will continue to eat Special K to maintain my weight. I also exercise often. Special K is AWESOME!!!! - Ericka | ||
